    Founded in 1962 HFT is now a leading organisation for people with learning disabilities in the UK and provides-

     Residential services, which include a range of day opportunities both within HFT and in local communities around Britain. Day Service placements in purpose built facilities. Supported living opportunities. Specialist services for those with specific syndromes or profound and multiple disabilities. Supported Employment placements. Carer Support Services, for those with a learning disabled relative, providing information, guidance and practical help. Advocacy Services. Transition Workshops, to help ease the progression from child to adult services. Short breaks (respite care). Information and Communication Technology for people using our services. Research.

    Your support will help HFT to make a difference for more people with learning disabilities.
